FRACTA

FRACTA is a sculptural series of serving utensils that explores the tension between refinement and rawness. Inspired by the poetic naturalism of Claude and François-Xavier Lalanne, each piece evokes the fragmented beauty of the natural world from leaf-like forms and insect anatomy to bark textures and fossil like surfaces.

Crafted in metal and shaped by hand, the utensils carry visible marks of process: hammered finishes, twisted wire handles, and asymmetries that embrace imperfection.

These elements recall ancient tools and organic relics, offering a tactile, grounded aesthetic.

More than functional objects, the pieces in Fracta exist between sculpture and utility. They transform the act of serving into a physical, intentional gesture connecting material, memory, and ritual at the table.
